‘Explore South Centers’ Video Series Launches
A series of short-form videos has launched on the South Centers YouTube channel inviting viewers to explore various program areas. One example is the Center for Cooperatives, pictured above, working with Buckeye Valley Beef Cooperative.
CFAES Celebrates Farmers Market Week
South Centers organized a kick-off event with the Ohio Farmers Market Network and community partners to celebrate National Farmers Market Week in Aug.
“A farmers market is a win-win. It’s a win for the vendors who provide product to the consumers, and it s a win for consumers who get access to fresh, locally produced foods,” said Christie Welch, Direct Agricultural Marketing Specialist.
