First Floor
The 1st floor contains 3-400 square foot office spaces, 4-200 square foot office spaces, 2-1,000 square feet office complexes, and 4 light industrial spaces.
All regular office spaces are furnished with the 400 square foot variety containing 4 desks and 4 office chairs and the 200 square foot versions containing 2 desks and 2 office chairs. The office complexes consist of multiple smaller offices within a single large space and these spaces are also furnished with desks and chairs.
