The New Aquaculture Genetics and Breeding Laboratory, combined with
existing wet lab and pond facilities at the OSU South Centers in
Piketon, makes the OCAD a unique and premier aquaculture program in the
Midwest. A new Genetic Analyzer was purchased and installed this year,
making the job of genetically identifying fish faster and more
efficient.
