Sun safety self-assessment with the DermaScan was utilized at field
days, state meetings, and county events. Participants at 4-H Sea Camp
on Kelley's Island learned how to protect their skin during the camp by
doing self-assessment, activities, and experiments. The camp was
recognized by the Ohio Cancer Society as a model program during its
annual meeting in 2006.
